This 20% service charge is a standard part of our booking policy and was included in the initial details shared at the time of reservation. It is not a traditional tip, but rather a required operational fee that ensures a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
The service charge directly supports:
• Professional staffing and licensed technicians for your event
• Travel time and mobile setup at your location
• Equipment preparation, sanitation, and breakdown
• Administrative coordination and event planning
• Maintaining the luxury standard and quality of products used during your service
This allows us to deliver a fully elevated, on-site spa experience without compromising quality or service. The remaining 20% balance can be submitted prior to your event or on the day of service, as previously outlined.
